Job Description

The Information Intelligence & Reporting Analyst is responsible for all metrics and executive reporting across the Global Security Fusion Center. The analyst is responsible for audit tracking and compliance tracking across Allstate and additional Allstate branded companies. This individual will need to partner with each area in the Global Security Fusion Center to understand their data and the best way to present an actionable view that will inform business decisions. The role will report to the Senior Manager of Incident Handling/Information Intelligence & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly metrics reports for operational reviews
  • Develop quarterly metrics reports for Board of Directors presentations
  • Interface with Global Security Fusion Center teams to collect initial metrics and mature metrics over time
  • Interface with representatives at other Allstate brands to develop metrics views of their data
  • Work with each Allstate brand to stay on top of current audit issues and closure of those issues
  • Work with each Allstate brand to document compliance services that the Global Security Fusion Center provides to each brand
  • Communicate and explain metrics to AIS Metrics and Governance teams
  • Assist Senior Manager to mature overall metrics and reporting for the Global Security Fusion Center

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of managing multiple priorities at once and presenting data through appropriate delivery mechanisms (PowerPoint, dashboards, emails, etc). He/she should be comfortable conducting meetings with attendees from multiple service areas and facilitate effective conversations. If they don’t possess a background in information security, they should have a desire to learn more about information security.

In addition, the ideal candidate must have the following knowledge / experience:

  • Communicating metrics to peers and leadership
  • Understanding the needs of the audience and their knowledge on the topics
  • Managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to identify and present information in the most effective format for the audience

Security Certifications Preferred (Including but not limited to the following certifications):

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
